I love to design and create multimedia content using various mediums for online courses such as 360 technology, videography, aerial photography, and graphic designs to deliver meaningful and engaging content to learners.
Project Name: Perspectives and Examples Informed by Universal Design for Learning
Date: Completed - June 2021
Description: I contributed and collaborated with my peers and developed a resource booklet to help others think critically on assessment designs informed by Universal Design for Learning. This resource book provides practical tools and examples in how to incorporate UDL in assessments. It is important to look at how we are assessing our learners and how most traditional assessment designs can create barriers that prevent students from accurately demonstrating what they have learned.
This resource promotes open educational resources (OER) and is licensed under the Creative Commons CC BY 4.0. which is free to share (copy, distribute, and transmit) and adapt as needed.

Project Name: 360 Learning Scenario - PFA
Date: Completed - November 2021
Description: I incorporated innovation in the design and development of the Psychological First Aid course. One notable aspect was the integration of 360 learning, which provided learners with an immersive and interactive experience. By utilizing this technology, learners were able to explore realistic scenarios and actively engage in applying different strategies to support individuals following a critical incident event.
Furthermore, augmented reality was utilized to enhance the learning experience. Through the use of AR technology, learners were able to visualize and interact with virtual elements in their physical environment. This added a layer of realism and interactivity, allowing for a more engaging and memorable learning experience.
By combining 360 learning and augmented reality, the course offered a unique and innovative approach to training in Psychological First Aid, enabling learners to develop practical skills and knowledge in a dynamic and immersive manner.

Project Name: Trauma and Crisis Intervention Associate Certificate - Program Review and Redesign
Date: Completed - September 2022
Description: This project is a program and curriculum review to redesign the existing courses to online synchronous and asynchronous components. We took a critical examination of the courses for the purpose of optimizing student learning experiences in this program. I worked closely with SMEs to identify areas to improve course content and added additional applied scenarios in a multimedia format for learners to demonstrate different strategies for supporting individuals following a crisis.

My role is to analyze, update, and refine existing course content. I also proposed and developed new interactive learning activities for the updated curriculum. This course is developed and designed on Articulate Rise and Blackboard (learning management system).
